This is a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience and serves as a catalyst for students looking to launch and enhance their public interest careers.

The Master of Science in Public Policy and Management-DC (MSPPM-DC) program is a two year program. During the first year of the program, students will be located at the main campus in Pittsburgh, PA, building a solid foundation in public policy, management, information technology, and analytical thinking – skills that have long been a hallmark of the MSPPM degree. The second year of the program will take place in Washington, DC where students work four days per week in full-time apprenticeships, take classes two nights per week, and spend Fridays in workshops and classes. This integration of skill building with hands-on application, real-world experience and networking creates a unique graduate school experience.
